What is covered

All parts listed are genuine OEM parts. Wherever the donor vehicle allows it, parts are tested before removal to confirm they are fully functional.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the item supplied, contact us with proof of the fault and we will issue a full refund.

This warranty is on top of your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, not instead of them.

Condition of used parts

All of our parts are used, second hand, genuine spares unless stated otherwise. They carry signs of wear and tear, storage marks and blemishes, so please check the photographs for condition before purchase. Larger areas of blemishing are highlighted where possible, though it is not practical to note every mark.

What our warranty does not cover

These limits apply to our own warranty. They never reduce your legal rights if a part was faulty or not as described when it reached you.

  • Labour costs for fitting or removal.
  • Faults caused by another problem in the vehicle or by incorrect fitting, which is why electrical parts should be checked before they go in.
  • Damage caused by fitting that was not carried out in line with industry standards.
  • Damage that happens after delivery, whether in handling, storage, fitting or use.
  • Parts ordered against the wrong part number. These can still come back within 30 days, see Delivery and returns.
  • Normal cosmetic wear that was visible in the listing photographs.

Making a claim

  1. Message us with the order number

Do this through eBay so the claim is logged against the sale, or use the enquiry form if you would rather.

  2. Send proof of the fault

Photographs, a video, or a diagnostic report from the garage that fitted it. The clearer the evidence, the faster this goes.

  3. Return the part

We supply a return label at our expense where the part is genuinely faulty. It needs to come back in the condition it was advertised in.

  4. Refund on inspection

Once the part is back and checked, the refund is issued, including the outbound postage you paid.

Check before you fit. Mechanical and electrical items should be inspected by a qualified professional before fitting. It protects the part, the car and your claim.
