Delivery and returns

Free UK delivery, next working day dispatch, and 30 days to send a part back.

Delivery

Free UK delivery on standard parts, dispatched the next working day and tracked throughout.

Larger or awkward items take two to three working days and travel by pallet or specialist courier.

Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and international orders: please ask for a quote before you buy.

Payment

Payment is handled by eBay checkout, so you keep buyer protection on every order.

Please pay within three days so we can get the part on its way.

Your delivery address must match the one held on your eBay account.

Check fitment before you buy

Please make sure part numbers match. Compare the number in our photographs with the one on your own vehicle before you buy. We cannot confirm fitment for you, and checking the number is the surest way to avoid the cost of sending a part back.

Returns

  • Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong part? You can return it within 30 days of delivery. The law gives you 14 days to cancel an online order; we give you 30.
  • Please open the return through eBay so it is logged correctly.
  • Send the part back in the condition it was sent, with the security mark visible and packed well enough to survive the journey. If it has been fitted, damaged or handled more than you would need to check it, we may reduce the refund by the value it has lost.
  • Return postage is paid by the buyer for a change of mind or a wrong part ordered. We pay it if we sent the wrong part, or if the part is faulty or not as described.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of the part reaching us, or of you showing us proof that it is on its way back, whichever is sooner.
  • After 14 days, returns with no fault present are accepted as a goodwill gesture only, and the refund is reduced by a 25% handling charge plus the cost of return postage.
  • Trade and business buyers: orders of incorrect parts do not qualify for a refund, and we do not accept returns on items with no fault present on arrival.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If a part arrives faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, you get a full refund including the postage you paid, and we supply a return label at our expense.

Please tell us about transit damage as soon as you can, with photographs of the outer packaging and the part, so we can claim from the courier. If something is missing from a multi part order, message us with the order number and we will look into it straight away.

Fitting

Some electrical items need coding to the vehicle. Please arrange that with a qualified professional, and have fitting done in line with industry standards and practice.

Mechanical items should be checked by a qualified professional before fitting, to confirm fitment, quality and purpose.

We do not normally cover labour for fitting or removal. Where a part we supplied turns out to be faulty, your legal rights still apply.

Your legal rights

If you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says parts must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, allowing for the fact that they are used. Nothing on this page or the warranty page takes away those rights. For more, see Citizens Advice.
