Before you order
Electrical and coded parts
- Control modules, ECUs and other coded units usually need programming to your vehicle. Please arrange that before you buy.
- Electrical items cannot be returned once fitted, because a fault elsewhere in the car or incorrect fitting can damage them.
- Bulb type on lighting units, whether halogen, xenon or LED, is for the buyer to check before purchase.
Data on infotainment and electronic units
Every effort is made to wipe personal data from head units and modules before sale. If any personal information does remain, the buyer agrees not to try to access or restore it, and to erase anything found. Any personal belongings discovered inside a part should be returned to us.
Heavy and awkward items
Engines, gearboxes, doors, bonnets and glass go by pallet or specialist courier. Message us before buying and we will quote delivery to your postcode, including Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland.
